Why monkeys are happy and healthy

Famous health phrase: "An apple a day keep the doctors away". True, but is an understatement if your monkey's favorite food "Banana".

Banana has four times the protein, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals to an apple. It is also rich in potassium; an approximately 450 milligrams of potassium, (a cup of milk contains about 350 and oranges contain about 250) the recommended intake is 2,000 milligrams per day / that's just a few banana and it's much cheaper than an orange.

Other banana benefits:
