The Water Therapy Health Benefit


Remember how our parents tell us to always drink water. They sometimes ask us to count how many glass of water did we drink for a day. If your an obedient child i know now you're as healthy as a horse for following their advice. Thank your parent or better encourage your child to do the same.

  3. After 45 minutes it's ok to eat and drink as normal
  4. Remember after 15 minutes of each meal either breakfast, lunch or dinner don't eat or drink anything for 2 hours
  5. For old or sick that are unable to drink straight 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glass every morning

The following treatment have no side effect, however it would require you to urinate regularly.
