- A massive first printing of 12 million copies for US. The first fan to get hold of Deathly Hollow's copy is a 19 year old Amber de Jager of Netherlands.
- The biggest hype for book with kids and adults reading at parks, buses, restaurants and airplanes.
- A Beatles-esque moment as Amazon.com's top best sellers is Potter related including audio CD of Deathly Hollow and sets of all seven Potters.
- The six Harry Potter books sold 325 million copies worldwide and is translated in 64 different languages. (no wonder JK Rowling is the second richest celebrity women in the world according to Forbes Magazine)
- A theme park in Florida USA "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter" expected to open in 2009.
- Daniel Radclifee as Harry Potter is a top search name along with Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley and Emma Watson as Hermoine Granger.
